Arvind was originally trained as a Civil Engineer, but has been a Pastor with DBF Gurgaon Church since 2007. He completed his Doctor of Ministry degree from SAIACS in Bangalore, and teaches at Delhi School of Theology. He is married to Karisa, and they have four children: Kiran, Akshay, Prakash, and Priya. Arvind enjoys reading, almost all sports, and drinking coffee with his wife. His favourite Bible verse is Romans 5:8.

Blesswin was born into a South Indian family and grew up in North India. He has been a part of DBF Gurgaon since 2004. He has a Post Graduate Degree in Science. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in Theology. He enjoys gardening and reading. He lives in Gurgaon with his wife and two children.
